This collection contains documents (which are public record) relative to the Hart Prairie Dispute, located in the San Francisco Mountains near Flagstaff, Arizona. It also contains copies of brochures, depositions, transcripts of proceedings before th trial court, pleadings, briefs, recorded documents, as well as tape recordings of proceedings before Coconino County Board of Supervisors. The collection also holds newspaper articles concerning the Hart Prairie Dispute, and financial statements of Summit, Arnal and Post corporations submitted to the Arizona Corporation Commission.

The documents in the collection are copies of the orginals. Originals are in the office files of the Mangum, Wall, Stoops, and Warden Law Firm in Flagstaff, Arizona.
