The accompanying Relaciones provide information from the following missions: Tónoachic, Tomóchic, Novagame, Santa Eulalia de Chihuahua, Tutuaca, Cerocahue, Guazapares, Chínipas, Batopilillas, Cusihuiriachic, Morís, Baqueachic, San Miguel de las Bocas, Guaguachic, and San Buenaventura.

Volume one, copies one and two, contain photocopies of Compendium and holograph Relaciones. Volume two contains transcribed, typescript of Relaciones in Spanish. Volume three contains English translation of the Relaciones.

Compendium transcribed in Spanish by Melchor de Peramás.

Original Compendium signed by Antonio de Ulloa, Governor of New Spain.
