Biographical NoteRancher in Elgin, Santa Cruz County, Arizona; Dennis Hunt was on the board of the Santa Cruz County Fair and Rodeo Association in 1939. Scope and Content NoteSmall collection of correspondence about planning the Santa Cruz County Fair and Rodeo from Doris Seibold, H. B Thurber, Frank Brophy and others, and livestock receipts are present as well as a list of Tohono O'odham cattle brands and owner's names related to a sale of cattle. There is also a handwritten list of "citizens of southern Arizona who agree to serve as volunteer militia at the onset of World War II". An accompanying note says the citizens were concerned that Japanese might invade Arizona by way of Small collection of correspondence about planning the Santa Cruz County Fair and Mexico. Also present is one humorous certificate to Hunt by Reg Manning, cartoonist.
