Biographical Note

Max Artemas Millett was born to Artemas K. and Hazel (Pomeroy) Millett on April 24, 1916 in Mesa, Arizona. He completed college and worked as a Certified Public Accountant in Phoenix, Arizona. Millett died on January 6, 1999.
