Prior to being transferred to the archives, this collection was held by the Hazy Library at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Prescott Campus. The collection had been donated to the library by Robert Sweginnis in 2004. The photographer was a friend of Sweginnis' wife's grandfather. The photographer's name is not known, but based on labels written on a few of the photographs, he may have been Otto Bossert.
