Biographical Note“Meldrum was born Dec 28, 1925 in Detroit, Michigan. He received the Bronze Star from the U. S. Army for his action in the European Theatre during World War II.” He attended graduate school at Northern Arizona University in the late 70s. He later moved to Kingman Arizona where he lived for for 17 years where he taught at Manzanita Elementary School for 15 years.
