Biographical Note
David Lee Guss is a free-lance photographer from Tucson, Arizona. A
number of his photographs appeared in the motion picture
The Border.
Scope and Content Note
Photographs, 8x10, taken chiefly in Arizona from 1967 to 1982. Subjects
include Tucson buildings, parades, and people; motion pictures filmed in
Arizona; Native Americans in Arizona, including Apache, Yaqui, and Tohono
O'Odham; scenes and people in U.S.-Mexico border towns, Tombstone, Ariz., and
ghost towns in Arizona and New Mexico.
