Biographical Note

Robert Walker, worked for many years as the University of Arizona Photo Services Center Manager . During his time at the University he worked on a number of assignments for various departments and collages. His images have been used in numerous campus related publications. He also was the official documenting photographer for the Anthropology Departments’ 90th Anniversary Gala.

Scope and Content Note

Photographs includes many aspects of campus life at the University of Arizona, including special events on campus, various individuals, athletes, sporting events, aerial photographs and campus buildings. The collection includes many portraits of student athletes from 1967-1994, which are organized numerically. The collection contains Walkers’ compiled index, which can be searched by topic or subject and by individual. The index also includes the image number and often the date the photograph was taken.
