	Abstract:	Between 1994 and 2000 in Pima County, Arizona, three successive entities – the Blue Ribbon Health Care Delivery System Commission, the Pima County Integrated Health Care System Coordinating Council, and the Pima Health Care System Commission – endeavored to develop a fully integrated Pima County public health system, maintain Kino Community Hospital as a full-service public hospital and establish a community- based governance body to provide the needed direction and support for the county's health system. This collection consists primarily of reports, memos, correspondence and some news media items which document the efforts these entities made attempting to achieve those goals.

DSPM sponsored educational programs and brought in outside speakers for medical students and the College of Medicine on a variety ethical and socio-medical topics. Documents include information about discussion group topics, enrichment electives, and independent study programs sponsored by DSPM as well as the dozens of programs presented by nationally-recognized speakers from across the United States. Annual reports document the history of the Division. Budget and financial account information is also included.

	Abstract:	The Arizona Bureau of Mines, now the Arizona Geological Survey, was founded in 1883 by the Arizona legislature as the Office of the Territorial Geologist. Since its founding, the Arizona Geological Survey has been several Territorial and State Geologic Agencies, including the Arizona Bureau of Mines from 1915 to 1977. In 1893, the University of Arizona acquired the role of geologic mapping and reporting and still maintains this mission with the Arizona Geological Survey. This collection contains three production data logs from the Arizona Bureau of Mines with information about the production of copper, gold, lead, silver, and zinc in Arizona counties from 1858 to 1977.
