 Abstract:  This collection contains documents (which are public record) relative to the Hart Prairie Dispute, located in the San Francisco Mountains near Flagstaff, Arizona. It also contains copies of brochures, depositions, transcripts of proceedings before the trial court, pleadings, briefs, recorded documents, as well as, tape recordings of proceedings before Coconino County Board of Supervisors. The collection also holds newspaper articles concerning the Hart Prairie Dispute, and financial statements of Summit, Arnal and Post corporations submitted to the Arizona Corporation Commission.
