The correspondence cover a wide variety of subjects and include a letter of recommendation to President Grover Cleveland for attorney E. E. Ellinwood, who was seeking appointment as U.S. District Attorney for the Arizona Territory.

The Arizona Historical Society- Flagstaff Ephemera, General Photo, and Oral History collections have been transferred to the AHS- Tempe location for processing. Collection access and reference will be provided by the Tempe archives staff during the project.
