 Abstract:  Ms. Libby Coyner of the Arizona State Archives accompanied R. Sean Evans of Cline Library, Special Collections and Archives, on a photographic assignment in July 2013. Libby took images alongside Route 66 in Arizona, including Two Guns, Jackrabbit Trading Post, La Posada Hotel, and Ella's Frontier Trading Post.

 Abstract:  Court documents and media reports relating to a dispute between Rainer W. G. Gruessner MD and the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson, Arizona Board of Regents, University of Arizona Health Network, University Physicians Healthcare. Dr. Gruessner was, at the time, the head of UA College of Medicine Department of Surgery. One of the other players in this dispute was the then dean of the UA College of Medicine - Tucson, Steve Goldschmid MD. What makes this dispute particularly interesting is that the UA College of Medicine in its infancy also endured an intense and lengthy controversy between its founding dean, Merlin K. DuVal MD, and its first head of the Department of Surgery, Erle E. Peacock, Jr., MD.
