actress Charlotte Cushman. The portraits cover a broad spectrum of famous people, particularly rulers, statesmen, military leaders, the
nobility, and authors. from the Aconchi Mission, and completed on December 1, 1793. It was apparently sent first to his guardian superior at the Querétaro College, Father Juan
Francisco Rivera, because Rivera added his addendum to the Viceroy, dated January 21, 1794. Barbastro's 48-page report first discusses conditions
in Sonora: the geography, the missions and towns, the temporal state, the spiritual state, and Indian industries. The most substantial section follows
