 Abstract:  The collection consists primarily of paper files created in the course of the Flagstaff 2020 partnership's community planning activities in 1996-1997. This material documents the completion of the first three of four phases of the project, namely "design and development," "community visioning," and "action planning and project finalization." Phase four, "sustaining the vision," will extend indefinitely. The photograph portion are images of Flagstaff, Arizona as seen from the top of Mars Hill and Lowell Observatory. These images were ultimately used in a physical exhibit at Special Collections and Archives in Cline Library in 2001.
