 Abstract:  James Levy was a gunfighter and gambler; killed in 1882 at Tucson, Ariz., as a result of a feud with John Murphy, a Tucson gambler. Collection includes a holograph copy of files and records concerning an 1885 murder trial held in Pinal County. The defendants, David Gibson and William Moyer, were accused of murdering James Levy, in 1882 at Tucson, Ariz.
