Many of the finished works include a performance ready copy. The archivist has arranged the collection into twelve series.

 Abstract:  Papers from Lura Kinsey school days, both as a student and later as a teacher. Kinsey was born in Flagstaff in 1891. She attended Emerson High School and graduated from the Northern Arizona Normal School in 1912. She earned both a BA and an MA from the University of Arizona, Tucson. Her teaching career spanned 47 years with the Flagstaff, Arizona school system. In 1932 she became principal of her high school alma mater, and in 1957 saw a local school named after her. Kinsey died in Flagstaff, 1965.

All the manuscript materials which are not unique to the collection are available on microfilm.

The second volume, dated 1943 - 1952, contains a set of blueprints of diamond drilling equipment. The third volume, which is undated, contains construction plans and calculations for various mining operations and buildings.
