Notable personalities include Gary Cooper, Will Rogers, Harry Lee, and John Wayne. The second register was also used at the Caste Butte Trading Post.

 Abstract:  The major portion of the collection contains instructional bulletins, lecture notes, and printed materials that were used by the Fred Harvey Company for training couriers. These bulletins demonstrate the depth of knowledge that a courier was expected to master and convey to travelers during the tours. Most of the materials relates to northern New Mexico sites. Additional materials include maps and trip logs, expenses for one of her trips, and four black and white photographs, chiefly posed group portraits of individuals in courier dress.
